Suffered from a sudden bout of illness yesterday (only lasted 24 hours, but I know it's serious when I can't even think about heels, NOT ONE SINGLE SECOND!), which set me back ages in my schedule (or...ergh...24 hours). Since I can't rely on the Mayas really... when did a prediction ever became reality when you needed it to? (aka the world will end this week, aka I do not have to worry about finishing jobs or buy presents etc.) - I'm finding myself in the greatest chaos the house has seen since I moved in.
Oh, that's actually not true, since there were 100 of boxes of shoes involved back then, and the only thing I have to deal with now is wrapping (what feels like a 100) X-mas presents. Kind of a Supernova of tape, paper, glitter, cards, exploded decorations. And - other than the world disappearing on Friday this procedure has no end in sight (aka It's a wrap... NOT!). But wasn't it Nietsche who said “You must have chaos within you to give birth to a dancing star.”? Nicely put, Friedrich indeed, couldn't agree more.
SO. If the Mayas were right after all, there is one REALLY good thing about it: I don't have to worry about tidying up.
